If you're requesting a specific date/time, confirmation happens only when the GivYoer accepts your specific request. For everything else, confirmation is immediate, and you will be charged immediately. (GivYo will sometimes require a pre-authorisation on your payment method when you make a request, this is to make sure there's enough money available. Your bank or payment provider will be happy to provide more information on this.)
