In this Summer Camp in Hunedoara for adults, you will experience some amazing sights and activities such as, catching mountain peaks, visit waterfalls and caves, discover where to sit and how to mount a tent, which plants are edible, prepare ourselves some meals or snacks in the guesthouse, how to make campfire, barbecue or cauldron, your limits will be tested throughout this summer camp experience in Romania.

You will also be involved in nutrition lessons, massage and psychology as well as physical education. The fun starts every evening at this Romanian Summer Camp, where you will be able to participate in karaoke, cottage games, night hikes, there is also the chance to sit down and watch a movie as well as view pictures and videos of the and filming made during the day.

Excursions inside the camps will be at Straja Resort, caves and waterfalls in the Retezat Mountains, plus other surprise there will also be some other surprise locations along the way during your summer camp experience in Romania.

The aim of this adult summer camp in Romania for adults is to help participants lose weight whilst being on holiday. The goal is to make participants feel good, make friends and gain confidence in themselves. Weaning does not mean a diet that is devoid of taste and consistency. You will be cook healthy, tasty foods and dine each meal accordingly.

The mission of the summer camp in Romania for adults is to induce a healthy lifestyle and to develop your understanding of nutrition, movement and emotional balance and to take this new knowledge and wellbeing with you on your return home.

What will you eat? There are three main meals and two snacks, all healthy, carefully prepared, under the guidance of the nutritionist.

For some training in the summer camp for adults we will share the team in groups according to the level of physical training so that the intensity of the training is optimal.
